Product Manager

Report To: IT Manager

Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

Critical responsibilities include:

The Product Manager will be responsible for guiding the success of our corporate products, setting the strategies, road maps, and feature and function definitions, as well as helping to manage the pace and success of the development projects.

The Product Manager will be asked to guide cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap, to product definition, development, deployment, refinement, ongoing optimizations and upgrades, and growth.

  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
  • Set and negotiate pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • Propose an overall budget to ensure success


Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or similar
  • Five years of Product Management experience
  • Agile Certified Product Manager (CPM) credentials, preferred
  • Previous software development experience
  • Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
  • Excellent ability to build trust and relationships with all stakeholders, both inside and outside the company
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Ability to multitask
  • Have keen attention to detail
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with others
  • Combine business and technical savvy to deliver products users will love, on time and on budget
  • Strong leadership skills, including ability to influence cross-functional teams via diplomacy and tact
  • An eye toward UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface)
  • Understands development lifecycles such as Waterfall and Agile
